Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on location and customs processing.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and shipping method.
- Free shipping is available for orders over 800 NOK.
4. Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- It may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Delays & Issues
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
- If your package is lost or delayed, contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
6. Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
7. International Shipping
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
9. Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After processing, orders cannot be canceled.
